We are excited to announce the launch of a powerful new feature in our WebFAN cloud based software: jet fan selection. This new capability allows users to efficiently configure and select jet fans for tunnels, warehouses, car parks and open building spaces. We think this adds significant value to the software’s existing line-up of fans supported by WebFAN.

Jet fans play a critical role in ensuring air quality and smoke control. With this latest addition, it is possible to easily evaluate performance data, compare product models, and generate datasheets and submittals for jet fans directly using the intuitive, browser-based platform.

Jet fans differ from most fans where selection is based around the thrust required to provide a number of complete air recycles rather than pressure. WebFAN can now estimate thrust and number of fans required for a given environment volume and number of air changes per hour.
